Her background fuses architecture, digital UX, and cultural storytelling, bringing a unique creative edge to every project. She scaled LUSH Cosmetics’ collaborations business from $0 to $30M in 12 months, proving how immersive design and bold ideas can shape culture and spark obsession.

Melody sees the world differently, and that’s her magic. Her distinctive mind and creative wiring give her a sharp eye for detail, an unconventional sense of beauty, and an instinct for ideas that feel fresh, sensory, and style-forward. Her work doesn’t just look good, it feels alive.

Emma built a global insight agency from scratch. Turned it into a multi-million dollar business. Advised brands like McDonald’s, Nike, Netflix, and Hasbro on how to win with families, kids, and culture.

Wrote the Imagination Curriculum for Play-Doh. Created Nike’s parenting guide to active play. Designed ideas that actually land, because she gets what people care about and what makes them play.

Now? She’s building her own brands. B.O.W Toys is where strategy meets storytelling, collectibles meet culture, and play gets its power back.
